I think Axolotl Dragons would be able to stand on their hind legs for short periods of time, they just have to use their fat tails for balance. Simon uses this trick to stand up and wiggle around a bit, his own special form of dancing. He learned it from Walter. c:
He hasn't mastered it yet though, he does fall down quite a bit.
