Zoey and I went to the ocean with my parents and I wanted to introduce her to the ocean so she can see how it was like. She was enjoying herself immensely as I was haunched over her and looking to my baby girl, helping her to stand in the water. However, I didn't notice the wind picking up and a wave coming our way till it was almost too late... it was big as Zoey and I tried so hard to get her away from it but we both got blasted, knocking me onto my butt and soaking me, while hitting Zoey square in the face and falling against me. I held onto my baby girl as the wave pulled back and I didn't want to let her go... even after she cried... even after keeping her barely within the reach of the water for what seemed forever because I didn't want to let her go. I love my baby girl..
