Cas and Junebug knew each other, briefly, in high school. JB tried to use his ‘cool upperclassman status’ to look after the small feisty freshman but he and his mom had to move and they lost touch. Cas is probably upset because the senior who got lead in the play doesn’t know the lines yet. Or it could be the cafeteria food. Or someone might’ve made fun of his hoodie. Anything really.
