Comment to claim, Chibi flatcolor example

Can change gender/species of character, add clothing, etc. Wings are allowed, med-large wings will add to cost.

$18 for flat colors, $22 for shading, open to negotiating a little. Complex character designs/clothing may incur additional fee.

My Terms of Service also apply, and I am open for commissions if you would like something similar with a different Pokemon.
