Eledora's (on deviantART) character of the same name.

I tried semi-neon colored lines art and practiced my glowy bits here, I guess... honestly, I kinda just wanted to draw Eledora again. :P Also trying to push my poses a little more, but... I'mmmm still playing it too safe, I thinks. It's more challenging that I think everytime, but I'mma figure it out.
