Going through my characters and doing refs for them, this one being my canine mix breed, Katrina.

I grew up with 3 breeds of dogs so I put them all into one.

Bobby-The English Cocker Spaniel.
Nugget-The English Setter
Sam-The Golden Retriever
Angus-The Golden Retriever

All four dogs I knew from when I was a baby up till I was 17 :/ but a part of them is within this character.

Bobby was golden brown with a single white star on his forehead so the star is a reminder of him
All four dogs where long haired so that was a given
Nugget was white with golden red spots so the white comes from him.
Sam always use to walk around the pool at my nans so the blue reminds me of him.
Angus was a challenge to put in, but considering I picked him out from a bunch of pups, he's the paw print on her chest.
I didn't do the floppy ears they all had cause i could never get them to look right so I went with fennec fox ears.
Colours was a challenge but blue and white worked well with my favourite colour, purple and teal/aqua fit just nicely.
