In Georgia, Atlanta, Officer Garrett Rolfe is being falsely charged for manslaughter for Rayshard Brooks. Here what happened- Garrett Rolfe answered a call regarding a person passed out drunk in the Wendy’s drive thru a blocking the line. This person was Rayshard Brooks. The officers arrived and tried to take him in. If he complied with the officers, he would get between a $300-$1000 fine plus to mandatory attendance to DUI school. However, that not how it ended. Reyshard, not only resisted arrest, but assulted an officer, took a taser from one and shoot it at Garrett’s partner. For anyone who don’t know, a taser is consider a deadly weapon in Georgia Atlanta. This mean that Rayshard went from dui to attempted murder.
