This is a remake of an earlier image I made, done entirely in toon-shaded 3D. Depicted is Glass, a Shalkad "Life-Shaper", or a mage that can transmute or enhance lifeforms. Here, she is using her magic to make a mushroom glow. As I've mentioned in previous submissions depicting the Shalkad, their fur includes glowing spots. The shader on her dress is translucent, to simulate how fabric will allow some light to pass through.
