I redid these guys yet again. This should be the final version from here on out. They looked too normal in the last version and people kept mistaking then as eagles so I went back and found a new body plan and new colors. I honestly wanted to avoid the primary colors, but all of them ended up in the design anyway! Funny how things work out. They should be more alien now.

The eyes don't blink from top to bottom, they blink from right to left, and no, the eyelids won't obstruct vision. Only one eyelid blinks, the other one is barely seen at all. The eyes themselves are on the sides of their heads like most bird eyes are positioned. The beak is thin like a toucan's and super light.

I'm not going to say much about their civilization, but they are well beyond what humans are capable of technologically.
