This is complicated to explain. But I have a command in my stream for regulars to use that has a chance of granting a "wish." Its stupidly low chances, like one gets won every three months. And no one knows what the wishes can be, just that there's 15 in total and when one is found its removed so no one else can get it. Well Eighttailfox won a wish the other week to have me design a character for them. Which he opted to have me finish a design he's been sitting on for quite some time!

We spent a HUGE amount of effort on the coloration of the character but frankly I think it was super worth while. Look at this gal, just fabulous~
