Character study commission for The-Sly-Fox of their raccoon character Cypher. They are a BRAND NEW character, as in, they had the ref finished just before getting the commission slot :V

I tried to pull a bit of content from the knowledge of the character in order to flesh out the study a bit more too. I like making these character studies a lot so I appreciate you having me work on this!
