Did you know the famous song "Moon River" was inspired by the scenery around Savannah? I went for a hike near the real life Moon River the other day, and its easy to see how the lyrics were inspired. The background here is based on some photos I took during that hike.

Here's Charlie a lot younger and less battle worn than I usually draw him, before he was basically a pirate. I don't have a strictly written story for him since he's basically my fursona and his story is a more dramatic and interesting version of mine, but just like me he grew up in some version of the American South. Here he is enjoying a peaceful evening on the river from the vantage point of a big old oak tree.
