He had an un-average dose of poison and a growth so large on his head, he was mistaken for a Joe.

Translation below for my not computer handwriting.

Panel 1:
"I'm Bill Smith. An average guy (mono-logging) about his average life with an average job making an average salary who (lives) in an average house, on average."
Panel 2:
Bite
"Oh no! An unaverage spider has bitten me!"
Panel 3:
"With such an unaverage occurance, I must have obtained super powers!"
Panel 4:
"I'm gonna shoot webs, and jump, and climb walls, and shoot more webs..."
Panel 5:
"And I'm gonna have super strength, and super senses, and (googly) gogg..."
Panel 6:

Panel 8:
"Poisonous."
"Pretty sure this isn't a good excuse for your accidents."
