A friend of mine, Diddgery, encouraged me to make an account here, so I decided that an appropriate first submission would be a special picture I did for their birthday.
Didge and I are both fans of Animal Crossing and I really appreciate all the times got to play it with her, so when her birthday came I drew her this.
The room is based off on one of my own in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The charaters are me, Didggery, her girlfriend (the little possum holding the present) and a selection of Didge's own characters chosen for their importance to her, to me or whoever I wanted to draw.

It's Diggery! Diggery must be protected and loved. (And maybe kept in the paddling pool at all times.)

I love Didge's characters so much. She's so sweet and it comes through in the things she creates.I made another pic with Diggery a while back which I'm sure I'll get around to posting eventually.
Choosing what characters to put in this was very fun. Having Diggery in the backyard pool from the games was too good to pass up. I love that he has a little friend in there with him. Milton was probably the most fun to draw, though. I had a really good time with Nemles too. Bowtie seal ended up not being very Animal Crossing-y, but they're so adorable and relatable I couldn't care less. Sunny is pretty Animal Crossing-y already, but I still got to be creative with her. Diddgery (the character) is too, but I don't think I did a great job of him. He's just so cute when done by Didge. I couldn't match that.
