He's an alien creature that loves to things that glow. He can even glow himself with his ears and tail.
Still working on his outfit so he's still clothes-less.
Only things confirmed for him right now:
- Has a western accent
- Likes to eat light bulbs (also eats fruits)
- Has only flat teeth
- Loves anything neon
