She huffed loudly through her nose and whined as she heard the hydraulic start again, it slowly began pushing the cake down that tube, forcing more cake down her throat as she wiggled in her binds. She felt her stomach swell outwards as the chocolaty mass slid down her throat. She didn't know when it would stop, she could only try to keep up breathing, and feel her stomach get bigger and heavier on her lap.
