He's another late story The Valley character and the leader ofa small group that calls themselves the Alliance of Shadows.
He's the last of his kind and is desperately in search for an heir, by any means necessary. He's also just a nasty person and a bad bad man, and the animals under his rule talk about him behind his back wondering if anyone would challenge him. he's some sort of lion deer moose.
