Sketch I did somewhat last week, originally I was gonna colour this entirely in traditional but it’s kinda overwhelmed me so it may be done in digital colouring, possibly in black and white as my intention for this to be in.
The challenge here was to create a complete landscape view of a forest done in a dynamic circular angle with trees swaying as if wind is blowing with extreme force, the other challenge was to make out what would stand out the most and what should be casted as the foreground distance in which less detail and more faded it becomes. Grim’s grim reaper outfit returns for this scene because I absolutely loved him in it here, I couldn’t figure out what position or area of the mountain surface he should’ve been in. So Grim hunches above the foreground as if to glance over the moonlight illuminating the night sky and the Twilight Riverbed.
