This is the story about a young woman who lived in a small coastal town in the land of Friesia (medieval Netherlands). She lived with her loving parents despite being at peasant-level but still lived in a modest home/farm. This woman had a habit and skill over time to play often hilarious and sometimes mean tricks on the unwitting citizens of the town of Oleander.

She has only been caught once but never since then. That is until one day while she sang a little tune to herself caught an eye shot of a old woman walking into town. A grumpy old hag with no respect to anyone or anything just wanting to get her things and crawl back into the dark woods in which she lived in a small cottage far from the town line. This was an opportunity to teach the old hag a lesson in manners and not to mess with her friend who strangely disappeared.

Later that night, armed with bucket in hand, the girl ventures out into the dark woods to set up a special new trap. What the girl didn't know that this will be the last night anyone will see her ever again.

The girl's name was Lillian Viander.
