Her real name is just Liana, she got the name Pseudoliana because she is born with a "negative" tone color. A false color opposed to the darker ocean tones her race bares. Her world became the first in the Agency's history to become "initiated" meaning her world and people are about to join the multiversal community. Even within the Thirteen Realms there are still advanced civilizations that don't know that there are other realities out there and it takes a lot to make that transition.

Anyway for Liana she joined Interrealm as a civilian officer in an effort to deal with the day to day operations of trade and she does get her fill of bad guys trying to take advantage of her people for their special power (I haven't describe it yet) but her unique skillset makes it possible to take them down. Fast on the ground even faster in the water. Liana knows how to get the job done.
