These two dragons represent the two most powerful nations in the Thirteen Realms. Their idealogies are as clear as night and day and share the same planet over matters of diplomacy, economics, resources and much more between them. But one thing is for certain: I ether side falls out of line or gravely endanger the peace of either side. They have the sole power to annhilate each other at best, at worst, bring down the full weight of their "parent" governments on top of each other into a war that no one will win, let alone survive.

Governor Laszaaraad meets with Governor-President Elect Runichek in a far-off area on the planet to discuss several matters onward, Runichek not realizing until later, he's testing her, seeing that she is as strong and willing as her predecessors were.
