Being on the beat takes a lot out of their schedule especially Naberius who needs time for training, so that leaves her at night when the others are hard asleep. She goes to the local 24 hour gym and pumps iron like crazy while her sisters are sleeping through the sounds of hard metal music, grunts and victory roars from their tough sister. Though she is going to have to explain why their body is so sore in the morning.

"Yes, yes... YES! Rip for me baby. Ohhh! This feels just as good as sex! Oh guys if you can feel what I'm feeling it's fucking sweet! I'll know we'll be sore as hell all day tomorrow, but trust me girls, you'll thank me for this."
