I was looking through the dragon type pokemon, and decided to do Palkia. I do like Palkia. Looks like some awesome dinosaur. Not a dragon, but still.

Drawing, and coloring was nice and in time. However cleaning up my messy coloring went out of time. So I took an extra 30 minutes to clean it up completely.
