Being the only two Furras in Oseroth to believe in the great god, Atolias, Shalou and his mother Vihéra find themselves before her in the depths of Oseroth. After summers of lost hope, and no word from the one they placed their faith in, they are confronted by her daunting physical appearance and her voice sent to guide them. Here, Shalou is told he must abandon his future role as king in a broken world, and flee to the outlands - Where his future would be entirely in the gods hands...
