I'm about to go in for an MRI scan, as I have a herniated disc in my neck with a trapped nerve, causing pain and numbness in the neck, shoulder and arm. Needless to say, this is going to have an impact on artwork, I don't know how soon I'll be able to draw again, but more importantly, its going to be devastating for my job, as I'm coming up to the end of a 6 month probational period and having a major issue like this requiring months of therapy spells almost certain firing/redundancy.

I'm not too sad or angry right now, just feeling quite empty/numb, worrying about the future will come after dealing with the pain.
