my original, intended piece for #1 was taking longer than I planned, so I had to find something else to start my Fanruary collection. So the best thing I thought of was to do a tribute piece to a brand new thing I’ve recently became a fan of- the “Berserk” series. I like drawing and painting swords on my Galaxy Note tablet, so while waiting for my little sister at a McDonald’s, I got the time to sit down by myself and draw this.

my first official piece for #Fanruary, and a fun tribute for Berserk… just too bad this ended up being a piece that needed watermarks. I can definitely see someone try to us this and claim this as their own work.

Sorry I screwed up on giving Guts his right eye, bounding back and fourth between the manga and anime had it slip under my radar. Hope you can still appreciate it as it is

I have to say I love seeing the Japanese do their own takes on European culture and Western Fantasy, and admittedly they do a good job at it. Wish I could find another series as good as this one.
