Another important player yet to be detailed, is Third Fleet’s commander, Wilhelm Von Strackt. One would be hard-pressed to find a saltier skylark among Avania’s navy, and equally challenged to find one with the same storied career. Still, for all the good admiral’s illustrious victories aloft, his brazen attitude and outspoken opinions on tactics and naval doctrine have made him numerous opponents among his nation’s top brass.
