This chiptune was written and summarily rejected for a friend's game project. There were quite a few of these! xD
I think it would take like, four Genesis/Megadrives to produce this much polyphony. >_>;

Oh wow, one Genesis could do this?! Wild...-
Composition is good, just not the sounds (which is a running theme on MD it seems.... SNES has mostly opposite going on, not so bad sound but very shit compositions mostly).
You use several channels for echos and stuff to get a beefy fat sound, but in reality you can often get away with just one or two. If you have listened any vanilla MD stuff of mine you'll hear exactly what I am talking about.

Though what I am hearing does not require many MDs. Just one can do it with very minor cutbacks that won't be so audible.
