This is the first major city encountered in the game. Two of the characters start here, two wander in and end up stuck inside, and a third lives nearby!

Kalandla is not only the capital of the kingdom of Celestion, but also its center for religion. The Goddess Elia is the state-enforced religion in Celestion, and there is a church on just about every block, as well as a grand cathedral here. Celestion is quite a ways behind more advanced countries like Kerlynzia and Tykondrus -- they've only just recently gotten a hold of fire arms, and many of the buildings are in a more medieval style, especially the further one gets from the rich and populated areas.
