Newer render of a very old version of Verse's theme -- uses the same progression from a couple other songs from that era. (See: Little Black Cat)
Since her current 'cute' theme is a complete clustermess, I'm trying out a few new ideas on what to do for a 'cute' theme for her. I don't consider this 'done', but for now, I've hit a wall.
The main thing I encounter is that thematically, although Verse -can- be a very cute person, she has done some things that aren't so cute. <_>; It's hard to reconcile all that, but I s'pose I'll keep trying. :V For now, enjoy!

Oooooh I really like it, it really begins to hit a pleasing stride around the 40 second zone and beyond. I like all the complementary instruments that kinda wade in to help move it along.
It has a fairly urbane feel to it for the most part. A bit of what I consider to be spirituality is present there too with the Japanese/Chinese instruments. idk why I associate them with older themes. I guess since Im just not that worldly tbh and think they're ancient jus becus a lot of Western music ignores those instruments.
But yeah, it's got a good boppin beat.

I'm actually feeling a bit better about this song after that. I've had a lot of trouble composing a 'fun' version of this character's theme for ages. It was this weird balancing act of including her heritage, including her ability to be occasionally cute, and the fact that she's a walking disaster. <_>; So i was kind of worried the song came out as a massive disaster. xD I'm really glad to hear ya like it, Naoki :3

this had me bouncy... i was bouncing in my chair... you made me bounce in my chair... this was a bouncy upbeat song that made me wish vers will one day get to be their happy old self again instead of the persona they put on to cover themselves. i can hope
