Huskify: refers to someone or something which has been, in part or whole, transformed into a husky. Magic and science experiments are often the cause of such events. Here, it seem an unsuspecting victim got more for what he paid for than a simple pendant.
DONE. Possibly around 20 hours in Gimp (which is free and 120% awesome), most of which were spent experimenting like a mad scientist. I thought I had a somewhat good grasp of the program before, what a joke. At least I'm fairly happy with the result, especially considering it's only my second attempt at doing a photomanipulation.
Big shout out to pythos-cheetah (http://pythos-cheetah.deviantart.com/ ) for his invaluable tutorial and pieces of advice.

Thanks, though without you and the resources you made available I couldn't have made it.
Also, the time it took doesn't really bother me, as it was mostly lots of experiments to better understand how everything worked. At least now I have a much better idea of how to use the different tools available, even if I don't fully understand everything. But yes, practice makes perfect. I'll have to do a manip every now and then.

Looks about a 1000% better than my own second attempt at photomanipulation. Keep at it! Don't worry about how long it took - speed in manips really only comes from practice and familiarity with your software.
