Happy Saint Urho's day everyone!

who the hell is St. Urho you ask? Why he's a patron saint of Finland, in days of yore the farms of Finland were over run by a plague of grasshoppers, and the people faced starvation. A Noble Knight Urho donned his armour of god, and a pitchfork (presumably also 'of god' ) and drove the grasshoppers from the land, (presumably into Sweden) and the people were saved!

actually he was invented in 1950 by a bunch of Minnesota Finns who got tired of getting the business from the Irish on st patties day, so they came up with a ' get piss drunk day' of their own. :-)
