Earlier this year I had been working with someone for a possible children's book project. It was a neat idea, unfortunately the time frame would not have worked out. Still, the images which I did complete turned out quite nice, so I thought I would share with everyone!

cute ^,^ I love the feel of "oh, I just LOVE these shoes!" that I get from it. Like the stereotypical woman that has 500 pairs of shoes, one for every outfit (I have a cousin like that... she thinks I'm crazy cause I'm happy with just one pair of regular shoes and a pair of sandals... keeps trying to tell me I need more shoes lol)

Hehe, that's funny your cousin thinks you need more shoes! My mindset is similar to yours, personally I'm happy with a pair of boots for the winter, the rest of the time I'm either barefoot or have sandals. This one was inspired by my niece though, she loves having something to go with every outfit, like your cousin xD-
lol, when I was younger I used to try to go everywhere barefoot... people thought it was weird but I just didn't like shoes. I don't remember what caused it but I have been trained to put shoes on everywhere I go now.... except outside.. I have no probs going outside and feeling the soft new spring grass on my feet. One of my favorite sensations lol

Agreed, outside there are so many awesome textures, (spring grass is so welcoming <3). My personal fave, it's kind of gross, but I love the feel of mud! I still bring sandals, just in case there's a painful surface or to be respectful of shoe-related rules/wishes. It's too bad there's a stigma against going barefoot, footwear is definitely useful in certain situations, but lots of people are missing out on great sensations!
