Older artwork I a bit retouched and slightly modified recently.
A concept about "submissive/enslaved mind" regarding by the very fact, that many people in arts support aggressive domance (rape as well) which I find it wrong.
Art beside give pleasure it delivers visually message as well - rape is a terrible thing such as abuse and bully. All three can cause heavy trauma to the victim and can ruin their whole life as well. This is deep and mostly touched the mind causing deformity of self image and by it bring many pain.
It is wrong and I beleive this should be taken serious in our recent century since many happening over the internet and the newer generations' parents not even aware these dangers while their children being assaulted over the net. They not grew up with internet so they unaware what dangers it can bring to a still growing child.
I am disgusted to see how many glorify rape themed works without really think behind the message it can bring. This art suppose to show the damage such things can trigger, the pain and the feeling of forced submission; not sure how to step out and break free from it.

My wish is that these images had like, perhaps a story, or some panels in like a comic form beforehand, where maybe it explains like that this is still consensual between the two. Because for some subs, they sort of have a fantasy like that, and some doms do too, but you're right, rape is such a terrible thing (been there) that this needs to be addressed better. Or perhaps there should be a feature where you can toggle off tags you don't want to see (idk if weasyl already does this) and then maybe it needs to be enforced that rape be tagged
I think one thing that is overlooked by all different art communities in terms of BDSM is the discussion between the two beforehand, and the care after. Now this isn't needed for ALL pieces, but man alive, I sure would have loved to have known that's supposed to be a part of it way before I learned about it a year ago.
Everyone's glorifying using other people for sex, and there is very rarely any emphasis on the characters having any sort of relationship
I think this adds somehow to the rape imagery epidemic...
Regardless yeah, its super triggering, and I'm really sad to see it be so popular.
Doms should really care for their subs more, and subs should really speak up if they don't feel right about ANY play that goes on, not fearing their dom. That's a healthy bdsm relationship.

On the topic though, I personally like rape as long as it stays in the fictional world and isn't glorified. It's really hard to say with some works though and it's a muddy and greyish topic. Unfortunately, as you say, glorification and lack of education about rape influence a lot of younger people on the net, which leads to problems in the real world.
Though, honestly, real life education about rape is just as bad. And I personally learned more about it through the internet and fictional works than I ever learned in school or from anyone really.
