Yukiomaru has been in the military since was merely a year (Canideran) old and never really had time to learn the value of friendship. Now commanding his own fleet at the age of nine (Canideran years), Yukiomaru grows close with a civilian philosopher. Jun, the pine marten, and his family invite the young fox for a vacation in the mountains, and during their trip up the mountain, Yukiomaru can finally place his trust in another.

These two characters have really become two I love most. Which is surprising because Jun, the pine marten, was a character that I thought up one day to add to the story, Spiral Nebula. I am glad that I did.
