Palette Challenge - 23

I'm doing the palette challenge on Tumblr, so I asked my followers to request characters and numbers so I can
draw them in the correct pallette!

This is #23, with Kurohasu! I couldn't resist making two versions! It's SO FUN!

PS: Man I really wish FurAffinity had folders. =/ I'd love to place all these in a folder to organize my Gallery.
