Do they have two separate personalities :O Or maybe the original face is just a fake and the real one is underneath

  oh, it's just shape shifting is all. tho i guess i always treated the bird face as a mask? didn't really think about it until now haha

Ahh this is such a neat concept!
I like the colouring and I also really like how you've drawn the clear lens bit at the front of the eye ball, (idk if that's a proper name for it lmao) it's a really nice touch of realism!!
