Yup. Best name for a character ever!
Anyways, basically this little fellow is a take on the headless horseman if he were a cat. I haven't finalized what his main fur color is yet, I'm not fully happy with it at the moment. 

Also, I ended up just doing the line-art in photoshop, instead of sai, this time around which was a mistake. lol. It's so much harder to get nice lines in photoshop.
