Making a scene look like its' underwater is hard guys, hard. There's all those reflections, the sheen of sunlight on the broken surface, how the surface appears around someone sticking out of it. So here's a first attempt as progress is good.

May 25th: I've put this in scraps, it wasn't a successful drawing of someone underwater as much as I may like the ethereal look to it.
