That’s what I’ve found out during a visit to the zoo: Sunbitterns don’t want to be photographed and will hiss at photographers. Needless to say, I didn’t get a nice picture. So I had to sketch Ti the Waldrapp not getting along with a tropical bird.

These birds are tiny and have beautiful wings, but they are not related to bitterns. In fact they belong to their own family Eurypygidae.
