2017 has started with too much snow for my liking. Maybe that serves me right for painting tragic winter scenes.

Snow always looks so soft and inviting but then you get out there and its just wet and mushy, and in my case frequently muddy, because we rarely get more than 2 inches here.

Yeah, the wet snow is just terrible. There’s too much of that kind right now. But when I drive to work I have the most trouble with snowdrifts. :/
