Iiit's Circuit Eel! Who remember's Circuit Eel uwu I have a suspicion that'll have a pretty varied response. He's popped up here and there in my gallery before. Circuit Eel is a QDV universe antagonist! As a matter of fact, I have deemed him my most sadistic villain of the bunch! So there's that random fact for you. DON'T FORGET IT OR ELSE. Nothing will happen but shh.
