 What’s worse than a Medd? I imagine there’s a decent number of things, one of which would include a Medd with a flamethrower. It is pretty common for Medds to take an affinity to one thing or another. Necrosis likes fire. Just how does fire of that magnitude help in a medical setting? It probably doesn’t. Necrosis probably shouldn’t be allowed to have one.

 There’s not a lot to be said about this Medd. He’s commonly crazy as a lot of them are, but you can probably distract him with fiery offerings long enough to make a quick getaway. While he might not be a 'sane' Medd and retain his original personality, he certainly has plenty of a newly developed personality. Necrosis is curious and usually laughing. You don't have to worry about him operating on you too much though, since he has his dominant hand replaced with some kind of makeshift flamethrower.
