Character idea I've had for a little while, finally got around to drawing him. Almost nothing in this is where it was originally drawn by the way, the first layout was rather different! Almost nothing was redrawn by the face in the main body picture though. The spots, however, good lord. The spots took AGES, were drawn almost last so I could delay as long as possible, and were redrawn completely. Originally I used a non-pressure detecting circle and just sorta went to town, but maaaaan did that look bad. The placement was okay, so I just redrew them with a flow/pressure circle brush and modified them as I went, making them imperfect. I could have blurred them a little, but I don't think that would have looked too great, so I left them as they were. This is why I don't do heavily dotted or striped characters.
