Decided to do some more, but couldn't figure out a 4th person for this group, so I lowered it to 3. Griffon in both animal and human forms, and Kalt. Kalt doesn't have hair of any sort, so no eyebrows. Also, his messed up eyes don't allow him to see very well in the dark, but it's fine in the daylight. Griffon animal eyes, the top row, have amazing vision because he needs to be able to see things from very high up while hunting. Very good low-light vision from the feline part of him. His human eyes are decently good, but not super amazing.

Early on, I was thinking about Griffon having the same eye color in both forms, but I liked the idea of vibrant orange eyes AND bright green eyes against this darker skin/fur. So I just had different eyes for different forms. Kalt's eyes are like that because it's creepy, and that's what his physical attributes were picked for.
