The North Forest Temple is the finest of the three dedicated to Oa-il herself, as opposed to various small shrines dedicated to both her works and her ideals of general pleasure.

Long before Chameleon Society fell into the levels of unprecedented debauchery and untamed merriment, hundreds of selfless young chameleons would work themselves literally to the bone to build their Goddesses shrine bigger and better than their opposite forest counterparts. In time, it became a point of pride (more-so bragging rights) to be a descendant of one who poured their blood, sweat, and tears into erecting the monument, not to mention the work that went into re-rounting and damming North Forest's main river to create the waterfall in her honour.
