The song entitled "Cannot Do This" has a pretty powerful backstory.

Basically it is a song for when everything crumbles around you. You feel like your dreams are far away, people have run you into the ground, kicked you when you were down, and left you. So the whole time you are thinking about doing something you cannot do. You repeat to yourself that you cannot do this, that you cannot keep up, that your head is barely above water. By the end of the song you realize that you cannot go through with it, second to last chord going up the A minor triad, then ending on a C major chord. When the last chord hits you realize that everything will be okay and the future has more in store for you than what you see in the present time.
