An easygoing, gentle-natured Manectric, though with a bit of a hyper personality at times; Virgil finds himself most comfortable chatting with other Pokemon and sharing a good meal together. He's got that gentleman vibe about him, even if he doesn't open admit to it-- but with his positive personality, there's naturally a few flaws. For one, he doesn't understand modern 'text lingo' and the like... nor does he really tend to be fond of caring for children... but the worst one is his temper, because if someone sets him off-- it's rather difficult to calm him back down-- though he's also a bit bipolar, so that just adds even more trouble to the mix!
Otherwise, he's quite an alright chap to get along with, so he won't bite any strangers as long as they treat him with respect!
