To go along with the other post I made linking to the patreon download of her WIP files for Mugen and IkemenGo, figured I'd post this animation as well and go over some basics about her.

Shiren is a sort of "half-grappler" fighter archetype. A lot of her kit is designed around some heavy juggle setups and leads into throws, or combos started off of a throw. She's faster moving on the ground and have a good ground-jump, but her air jump and other mid-air mobility options are weaker, so most of her strength comes from grounded actions. Def not as air-happy as say Gejhi or Feliro. She does sport an air-throw to meet air-to-air with foes which she can combo from, (Similar to Aurumo, but better in terms of options after the throw, tho, at the time of this post, she's just borrowed Aurumo's air-throw until I am ready to get her own rolling.)

She's got a short ranged projectile that's sort of like a typical "fireball" but it knocks down at close range. Her other projectile-based special attack it's a launching hook with a burst directly in front of her, which can be used for starting juggles.

A lot of what I have working on her right now is borrowed from Aurumo's data and sprites, as I'm still needing to fill in stuff for her, but I was kinda hitting a creative wall, so I used some existing stuff I had to get a feel for what I what her flow to feel like and I think I'm onto something good. So, some aspects of her will end up kinda similar to Aurumo, cuz it just... works. (with her own unique take on them, of course).

She's spunky and confident, with that lil smirk on her face ready for battle. Outside of battle she's pretty chill, but a bit of a smart-ass. She can be a big moosh at times to when she finds something or someone adorable or cute. She tends to like challenging herself, even if she things she might not win said challenge, but the prospect of trying and overcoming it is exciting to her.
