Well, I weigh around 167 or so, myself... though I haven't been on a scale in several years. But I still fit in size 32 pants, so my weight has to be pretty stable now. But then, my eating habits help. And my work has helped build muscle. I finally have pectorals! That bit of a resistant tummy, however, keeps me from seeing my abs.
